2012 Season


What do I need to bring to signups?

1) Please bring registration fee. Please make checks payable to "CHSA".
2) If your child has not played a sport for CHSA in the past, please bring two copies of their Birth Certificate.
3) If your child did not cheer for CHSA last year, please complete and sign both forms below.

FAQ's

1) How much are the fees this year? The 2011 fees are $100 per cheerleader.


2) What type of payment does CHSA accept? Cash and Check. Make checks payable to CHSA.


3) What are the age groups for Cheering?
Flags (5-7 year olds)
Minors (8-9 year olds)
Juniors (10-11 year olds)
Seniors (12-14 year olds)

4) Does CHSA give discounts for mult-player families? We do not give multi-family discounts.
