Approved Age Groups for Girls Spring Softball 2012
Slow Pitch
(5/6) 6U Slow
(7/8) 8U Slow
(9, 10) 10U Slow
(11,12) 12U Slow
(13,14) Slow (only age 14 can move up to next age group)
(15,16,17,18) 18U Slow
Fast Pitch
(9,10) 10U Fast
(11,12) 12U Fast
(13,14) 14U Fast (only 14 age can move up to next age group)
(15,16,17,18) 18 Fast (no one is this age bracket can move to 19 over)
19 over Fastpitch.....(anyone 19 and over can play in this age group)
Age cut-off is Dec. 31 of the prior year
Example 1: Susy will
be 11 on March 20th 2012. She falls in the 10U group, but could play
up one age group.
Example 2: Sally will be 11 on Dec. 31, 2011. She has to play in the 12U age group because she's 11 before Jan. 1st 2012.
FAQ's
1. What/Where are the signup dates for the 2012 spring season? Registration dates are posted above.
2. How do I sign-up? Bring required forms (above) and payment to one of the set registrations dates.
3. When does the season start? Spring season starts mid April
4. Can I register on-line? We do not offer online registration. Softball registration is done in person on one of the established registration dates (see above).
5. What's the fee for 2012? The 2012 fee for softball is $100.00 (Plus Uniform Package of $25.00).
6. Does CHSA offer a multi-family discount? Currently, CHSA does not offer a multi-family discount. All players fees are the same.
