Thank you for registering your child to play baseball for Clover Hill. Below are some upcoming important dates and information.
 
Uniform Sizing:
For those of you that registered in person or came up to Dick’s back on the 8th then you have completed this and you do not have to attend. Otherwise, you must attend one of the below dates to have your player fitted for a uniform (all ages). Along with that I have attached a CBC form that must be filled out and turned in to me. You can print this and bring it with you or I will also have copies at both fitting dates below.
  • Wednesday, Feb 19th (6:00-7:30 PM) @ Grange Hall Elementary School (Outside of the gym in the hallway)
  • Tuesday, Feb 25th (6:00-7:30 PM) @  Grange Hall Elementary School (Outside of the gym in the hallway)
 
Player Assessments

Baseball player assessments will be conducted on Sunday, March 8 @ RBA South (2535 Oak Lake Blvd, Midlothian, VA 23112).  Player assessments will only be required for the following age groups which is based on your child’s age as of 8/31/2020.

  • Bronco (11/12 years old): 10-11am
  • Mustang (9/10 years old): 11-12am
  • Pinto/Shetland (7/8 years old): 12-1pm
Players at the Tee Ball / Pee Wee (4-6 years old) and Pony (13-14 years old) levels will not have assessments.  If your child is in the age group that does require an assessment and they cannot attend for whatever reason please contact Caleb Denton (acdenton27@gmail.com) as soon as possible.
 
I will also send out reminder emails during the week of March 4th for those players needing to attend the assessments.

About Clover Hill Sports

Clover Hill Sports Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that exists for the purpose of sponsoring youth sports in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The Clover Hill Sports Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which meets one evening of each month. You may contact the CHSA President for the exact time and location of each meeting should you desire to observe or address the Board.
 
*Refunds may be requested up to one week after season begins meaning one week from the first practice. If approved, refunds will be assessed at a minimum of a 50% fee and must be approved by the CHSA Board of Directors.
